-Previous experience with successfully managing sales teams within the Software Services industry;
-Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business;
-Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.

Обов’язки

-Defining activities and targets for members of the sales team;
-Lead sales cycles for the most important deals;
-Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process;
-Recruitment and selection for the sales department;
-Training and development of all members of the sales department;
-Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads;
-Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget.

After 10 years of Software Product Development, building the business and delivering a series of software products, ITRex is in a new stage of rapid growth and development.
Our founders and CEO have led the sales drive since that time, leveraging their company vision and passion to secure unique businesses throughout Europe and the United States. However, this is not a scalable or long-term strategy. As a result, ITRex now requires a new Head of Sales to join a team of over 230 developers, product analysts, project managers, and quality assurance engineers. As the new Head of Sales, you will spearhead our outbound sales efforts as we seek to turn our initial success, project clients and intriguing position into repeat revenue within Europe and the United States.

Key Goals:
-Re-setup and maintain sales workflows in the company (lead gen, pre-sales, proposals, reports, CRM);
-Re-build and improve sales team;
-Increase focus on new sales and generate +30% of current revenue.
