Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help build effective communication between the business and the development team. Your role will be key in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, as well as ensuring that implemented features align with business goals and user needs.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Gather, analyze, and document product requirements.
• Monitor the implementation’s compliance with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders.
• Document requirements in the form of business rules, scenarios, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Update documentation.
• Participate in grooming sessions.
• Provide timely clarifications to the development team.
• Verify implemented features against requirements.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI team.
• Adjust requirements in case of priority changes.

What We Expect:

• Ability to gather, structure, and document requirements (User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, PRD, etc.).
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to work with large volumes of information.
• English — Upper-Intermediate+.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a product team.
• Experience with Miro and Figma.
• Understanding of UX/UI design.
• Experience in writing technical documentation for API.
• Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, PSM, etc.).
