We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mobile Department Manager willing to make a step up: build and head a dedicated iOS/Android development unit within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Team hiring, management and motivation
• Ensuring team growth and people career development
• Managing and coordinating key projects
• Participating in sales and pre-sales activities

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager or technical leader of iOS/Android native project (s)
• Strong people management skills
• Solid collaboration and coordination skills
• Self-motivation and result-orientation
• High level of problem-solving capabilities, aspiration to learning and knowledge sharing
• English skills sufficient for fluent spoken communication

Would be plus to have:

• Experience leading cross-functional software development teams
• Experience in projects budgeting and risk management
• Knowledge of Management 3.0 principles
