Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in IT
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET
• Experience in architecture design and technical leadership on commercial projects
• Experience in the development of system integration projects, knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns
• Experience in designing systems for specific characteristics (quality attributes)
• Experience in writing architectural documentation
• Experience with direct customer communication, presenting and justification of technical decisions
• English skills should be sufficient for fluent spoken communication

It would be a plus to have:

• Experience in the organization of development processes (CI/CD, code review, static code analysis, automated testing)
• Experience in developing cloud, distributed, fault tolerant systems, and the designing of microservices
• Use of formal modeling notations (UML, BPMN)
• Knowledge of formal architecture frameworks (ADD, ATAM, Zachman, TOGAF)
