Required skills:

• In-depth knowledge and advanced understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (6+ years of experience), a consultant or architect’s certificate would be a plus
• Managerial experience would be a plus, but it’s not something we require
• Outstanding communication skills
• Great command of English

Responsibilities:

• Lead the department and assure its growth (hiring, training, resource management, career management, invoicing, contracting, team revenue targets)
• Negotiate contracts and close deals (draft promotional materials together with Marketing team, coordinate with sales and pre-sales on RFI and RFP)
