About You
1+ year of engagement in outbound process (IT service company)
Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of generating potential customers
Understanding the ins and outs of LinkedIn and Massmail outreach, the tools to engage customers, and best practices
Ability to analyze information from different sources
Good English skills, written and verbal (B2, C1)
CRM experience
Result-oriented approach and proactive behavior model
As a plus
Experience with different tools, platforms for leads generation
HubSpot proficiency
Fintech Domain Experience
Responsibilities
Develop a strong knowledge of Dashdevs services to facilitate the outbound process and contribute to our business development strategy
Identify target companies that might become our customers
Prepare a database of contacts for outbound outreach
Outreach to decision makers in target companies to set appointments with our sales team
Conduct initial pre-qualification to ensure these companies are a good fit and comply with our ICP
Cooperate with the BDM team to work together on custom campaigns
Create emails and sequences to get the best results
Be responsible for LinkedIn and Massmail outreach
Explore customer segments, tools, and techniques to increase leads
Convert potential customers to calls and meetings with Sales Managers
Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate data in HubSpot CRM
Meet and exceed KPIs and targets
