2+ years of experience in HR Management;
Experience in building / optimizing HR processes (onboarding, performance management, training and development);
Experience in budgeting, assessment, optimization and control of personal costs;
Good negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Experience in optimizing the motivation system;
Analytical mindset, experience with HR analytics;
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage everyday needs;
Experience in successfully resolving conflicts and issues;
English intermediate+.
Responsible for the strategy of attraction, selection and adopting of the staff for all levels and grades for all business lines;
Responsible for the positioning of the company within the employee market, as well as for the web-based and other media channel promotion;
Organize the system of recruitment to fulfill vacant positions according to requested quality and time;
Provide regular cooperation within the Finance Department in planning, monitoring and controlling the proper level of salary & bonus costs in the Company;
Monitor Salary Surveys for the adequate positioning of the Company payment policy of salaries, bonuses, and compensations;
Provide the system of Staff Grades (structuring positions vs duties for the more structured payment policy);
Provide evaluations for all groups of staff in all business lines of Company;
Monitor the index of the employee satisfaction on the annual base as well as the index of satisfaction by HR function within the Company;
Provide the communication of the corporate mission, vision and values within the internal communication instruments (web-portals, internal magazines & newspapers, social networks, etc.);
Hold the corporate events focused on the promotion and implementation of the corporate mission, vision, values and rules.
