Fluent in English;
Excellent technical writing skills;
Minimum 2 years of experience developing technical documentation for enterprise software users, system administrators, and other technical audience;
Experience with IT and/or enterprise software;
A strong understanding of the documentation development process, the software development process, and product lifecycles;
Ability to understand and record big picture of product interactions and integrations;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with globally-distributed and culturally-diverse departments.
Collaborate directly with engineering and product teams to understand the features and operating procedure of product and processes;
Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions;
Gather information based on product functionality/enhancements, project meetings, interviews, and feedbacks;
Record requirements by creating use cases, functional and requirement specifications documents;
Perform requirements analysis;
Participate in the design and development meetings;
Recommend solutions and improvements;
Participate in technical meetings;
Ensure that documentation is updated for each product release.
