* At least 1 year of experience in IT Sales;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Understanding of IT business and customers needs;
* Good understanding of Design and Development cycles;
* Ability to analyze customer’s project and find the most suitable way to manage a deal;
* Ability to manage time effectively.
* Technical background in IT service/product company.
* Work experience with any CRM and other Sales/Marketing process automation tools;
* An experience in building sales processes in an outsourcing company;
* The possibility to come up with ideas, be listened and see them implemented.
* Salary fixed in USD + sales commissions monthly (%);
