The manager will work with warm leads (provided by lead generation) and the main goal will be to involve the client to work with the product after the successful involvement, the customer will be passed to the support/account manager.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY.
— Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
— Proven track record of at least 5 years in healthcare sales or account management or a similar role, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
— Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including its trends, challenges, and regulations.
— Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex healthcare technology concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
— Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, leveraging consultative selling techniques and understanding customer needs.
— Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with strong business acumen.
— Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
— Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
— Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
— Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and increase customer satisfaction within the healthcare sector.
— Identify and prospect new business opportunities by conducting thorough market research, attending industry events, and networking with key decision-makers.
— Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and positioning our healthcare technology solutions as the best-fit solutions.
— Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value proposition, features, and benefits of our patient engagement solution.
— Collaborate with the internal cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to manage accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
— Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers, adhering to company policies and procedures.
— Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team.
— Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using the company’s CRM system.
— Provide regular reports and updates to the sales management team on sales performance, pipeline progress, and customer feedback.
