Tasks:
Direct client contact providing technical support.
Respond to inquiries by phone and e-mail in English.
Administration, maintenance, and support of the global domain portfolios.
DNS zone administration via a web interface.
Providing assistance with troubleshooting.
Ensuring and complying with SLAs.
Building, maintaining, and documenting our knowledge base.
Requirements:
Ideally an education in the IT field
Knowledge in the area of domain names / zone configuration.
Upper-Intermediate English.
1+ year of experience in the technical support environment with business customers.
Willingness to learn new topics quickly and independently.
Strong communication skills in dealing with customers, partners, and colleagues.
Team-oriented, structured, and independent way of working.
