— 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Key Account Management;
— Experience in the IT industry;
— Experience in working with international customers;

— Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills with a focus on listening and asking the right questions;

— Communication with Accounts of the company;
— Creating strategy plans for Accounts;
— Conducting regular Governance Meetings with Accounts;
— Sending time reports to clients and invoices;
— Managing all financial and organizational questions;
— Documents and CRM management;
— Organize clients and team visits;
— Assistance in client’s questions or requests.
