• Previous experience in outsourcing or outstaff company
• 4+ years of experience in recruitment
• Manage whole recruitment process (search, interviews, feedbacks, job offer, hire)
• Strong experience in managing the team of recruiters
• Experience in negotiating with foreign customers
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)
• Self-driven and proactive
• Responsible
• Service-oriented
• Easily builds communication with people
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

• Understand business needs and strategy as it is related to human resources management
• Communication with customers and hiring managers regarding recruitment process
• Participate in presentations and negotiations with clients and provide recruitment service for them
