• 3+ years of experience in IT sales;
• Experience with Web or Mobile Development;
• Experience in outsourcing companies;
• Strong communication skills;
• Good presentation, analytical and researching skills;

• Self-motivated to generate and exploit new opportunities;
• Ability to plan your own work and work independently;
• Experience in successful working with mid-size and big enterprises;

• Fixed salary + commission for the successful sales;
• Working and stable processes of Presale and Lead generation;

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings;
• Working with leads from inbound marketing and only with new customers;
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales;
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients;
• Gathering the initial requirements from the customers;
• Working with RFPs;
• Working with the CRM system;
• Preparing monthly reports.
