Business Development Manager/Account Manager

We are looking for a Business Development and Account Manager to join our wonderful team. We work with TOP 500 Fortune companies, Enterprises, Governmental organizations, and growing startups. We will be happy to invite a person who wants to gain new brilliant accounts and grow together with us.

We will educate you on following the best practices by using modern tools and approaches.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of work experience as Sales or Business Development Manager in IT
• Customer-oriented, organized, self-driven, and highly proactive individual
• Effective time management, planning, and prioritizing work.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Fluent English (written and verbal)

Will be a plus:
— Experience in People Management and delegation skills
— German

Responsibilities:
• Developing positive relationships and handling clients’ needs
• Negotiating with potential and existing clients
• Communication with the existing customer base as well as attracting new contacts
• Managing clients’ expectations
• Take part in the pre-sale process
• Working close with Lead generation and Marketing managers
• Business travels
