Необходимые навыки

Professional requirements:
• Experience on the similar position (support engineer/business analyst/technical specialist)
• Microsoft Windows 7,10, Windows Server 2012r2 or higher
• Microsoft Active Directory basics
• Experience in T-SQL, PowerShell, ability to understand other’s code
• Experience to work with tracking system (HPSM, SCSM, Jira or similar)

Personal requirements:
• Good communication skills is must
• English upper-intermediate: verbal and written
• Attention to details
• Self-organized
• Team player

Be a plus:
• Experience with SAS
• Experience with RDBMS, Microsoft SQL Server 2014 or higher

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Provide user support and troubleshoot problems and issues
• Respond to requests, consultancy, assist in infrastructure changes
• Categorize and dispatch users requests in customer ticket system
• Root-cause issue analysis, escalate unresolved problems
• Close cooperation with other bank services and infrastructure engineers
• Work according to operational processes

О проекте

Our customer is an international bank with a head office in Norway that’s is looking for a 1st/2nd line support team member to run a bank BI reporting system as a service.
Project is 50/50 user’s/technical support is with fixed working hours and shift on-call duty on weekends (day time).
