Professional requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in project management or project coordination
• Experience within software outsourcing industry is a must
• Experience managing teams of
• Experience managing 2 or more projects at the same time
• Practical experience doing requirements analysis, writing proposals and specifications
• Experience with several estimation techniques and good understanding how Quality Assurance should be organized and how to get customer’s buy-in
• Technical background is preferred (developer, tester, operations)
• Excellent written and spoken English

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Preparation of project documentations, analysis of the requirements, writing proposals and business offers to clients
• Estimating project, schedule planning, risks management, regular follow up of plans
• Planning, coordination and risk management
• Establishing necessary practices from Agile (Scrum, Lean, Kanban) or PMI, ITIL, Prince2 frameworks — whatever fits project the best
• Establishing proper Quality Assurance approach
• Managing changes and customer expectations — both formal and informal
• Customer relationship management, organizing visits of team to customer and vice versa
• You’ll need to be a leader for your team, not only manager
We are looking for optimistic and passionate Project Manager who is ready to drive several smaller projects, one big project or participate in pre-sale activities when needed. You will be working for Scandinavian customers and have team members mostly in Kyiv, but also in Bratislava, Oslo, Copenhagen or some other city. You must be comfortable working with stakeholders and team members who are accessible only by teleconference. It is also important to be able to lead and collaborate with people who are not formally reporting to you.
Ideal candidate should be able to enter situation where different stakeholders have quite different needs and expectations, unclear budget, fuzzy scope and ad hoc processes — and quickly take under control plans, communication steams, budget, KPIs and establish positive team spirit. Short-term business trips to Norway, Denmark or Slovakia should be expected.
