Professional requirements:
— At least 10 years in IT, 3 in outsourcing business
— At least 3 years of work related to sales, pre-sales, business development
— English: advanced level
— Strong understanding of software development, testing, maintenance and managed services
— Competence to drive engagement process to full extent, from the first customer meeting until hand-over to PMO\Delivery
— Experience and willingness to write Proposals, sales presentations and similar artifacts
— Strong skills in establishing contacts with new people and relationship building
— Culture of excellence, low tolerance to imperfect work
— Strong presentation skills
— Excellent communication skills
— Experience of work in multi-cultural, geographically distributed environment

Tasks and responsibilities:
— Being part of Business Strategy development and its implementation
— Analysis of sales pipeline, production plan, resource plan and concluding on strategic and tactical decisions
— Being single point of contact for Scandinavian Sales/Key Account Managers for incoming opportunities (processing, dispatching, coordination, follow-up)
— Bid Management for hybrid opportunities (overall coordination of the Proposals production, intensive contribution)
— Presenting company, services, nearshore/hybrid delivery models at the customer meetings and events
— Establishing contacts with existing and prospective customers, growing trusted relations
— Monitoring trends, service offerings development
— Sales materials development and maintenance
— Driving customer visits (preparations and conducting)
— Sales Framework (process and practices and artifacts) maintenance together with other stakeholders.

Про проєкт

Fast-growing Scandinavian company is searching for a Business Development Director to become a part of the core team working on business development strategy and its implementation. The team is focused on the Nearshore growth (Ukraine and Slovakia at the moment), through extension of pure Nearshore or Hybrid delivery (mixed teams from Nearshore and Norway/Denmark/Sweden). Regular trips to Scandinavia and Slovakia should be expected — 1 or 2 per month.
