Itera is looking for Middle/Senior Angular Developer to join project for DNV.
DNV is an international accredited registrar and classification society headquartered in Høvik, Norway. The company currently has about 14,500 employees and 350 offices operating in more than 100 countries, and provides services for several industries including maritime, renewable energy, oil & gas, electrification and using IoT in solutions. Project is a Structure Integrity Management tool which serves for quality control for more than 430 assets like vessels, oil&gas tanks, electric pylons, etc.
Qualified candidate has to be initiative, fast learning person that can quickly grasp technical and business aspects of the specified industry. Strong communication skills are essential.
Short trips to Norway are possible.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Communicate with customer, gather technical requirements
- Implement improvements to existing solutions and modules
- Deliver high-quality code
- Writing and maintaining technical documentation
- Perform some DevOps activities (manage Build and release pipeline in Azure DevOps, install releases)
- 2nd line Support activities (communication with 1st line support, analysing support cases)
Professional requirements:
- At least 4 years’ experience in software development
- Strong knowledges in JavaScript, Angular JS 1.x, jQuery, Knockout.js, ASP.NET Web forms.
- OWASP principles in implementation of web sites
- Experience with .NET, WPF, Web Services (SOAP and WCF), REST
- English: upper-intermediate or higher. You must be able to talk to Norwegian managers regularly.
- Good OOP/OOD skills and good quality of produced code
- Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision
Be a plus:
- MS SQL 2012+
- Knowledge of unit testing
- Knowledge of .NET Framework 4.7.2 and newer, .Net Core, EF
- MS Azure experience (experience of moving to SaaS cloud solutions)
- Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)
- Previous experience of work within the AGILE environment
