Professional requirements:
• Min 2 years of experience in recruitment (either as in-house recruiter or in a staffing agency)
• Min 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
• Good networking skills (have some network of skilled IT professionals)
• Passionate about communication with people but also good with numbers and reports
• Basic theoretical understanding of main IT technologies, trends and methodologies

• English: intermediate or higher

• Collaborate with managers during all recruitment process
• Prepare reports on staffing progress and challenges
• Keep candidates’ records in internal systems
