Необхідні навички

At least 1 year of experience in development or support of BI solutions based on Microsoft stack
Good knowledge of MS SQL Server (queries in T-SQL, stored functions & procedures, script performance optimization etc.)
Good skills in SSIS, SSRS, SSAS (Multidimensional and Tabular)
Knowledge of Power BI administration
Basic understanding of Windows Server (server roles, performance, software compatibility etc.)

Experience with DB performance analysis tools: Database Performance Analyzer from Solarwinds (solarwinds.com), SentryOne Client (sentryone.com) or similar
Understanding of business processes in Finance & Control, Sales, Manufacturing & Operation domains
Familiar with Change Management process by ITIL
Experience with Maestro (maestro.com) and Expectus exMon (exmon.com) software
Basic knowledge of Powershell scripts
Knowing of TimeXtemder (timextender.com) or similar automated data management platform
Experience with VCS (git)

Work in collaboration with local and Icelandic colleagues
Resolve BI related support issues, provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis
Monitor and react on system alerts, improve overall sustainability
Propose and implement BI solutions’ changes, improve performance
Automate data quality check

Client is Icelandic pioneer of advanced technology whose mission is to improve people’s mobility. This international company has offices around the world and uses high quality BI tools for analytics of a huge volume of business data. Main focus areas for BI team are: improving of BI data quality; enhancement of data processing; monitoring of existing solutions and their effective work; troubleshooting of any occurred issues with integrations, cubes, data bases, servers, etc. according to SLA; migration of existing BI solutions to Cloud.
