Необходимые навыки

• At least 3-5 years of experience on the similar position (technical specialist/operation engineer)
• Microsoft Windows Servers
• Microsoft Windows 10 clients
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft 365 (Office, Azure AD, Intune etc.)
• HPSM, Jira or similar ticket and bug tracking systems
• Spoken and written English — upper-intermediate or higher

• To provide user support and troubleshoot problems and issues
• To work on user requests queue
• Support problem identification
• To advise users on the appropriate course of action
• Own issues from start to resolution
• Escalate unresolved problems to higher levels of support
• Work in close cooperation with local L1, L2 support service and infrastructure engineers according to the company’s IT operational processes
