Senior Manual QA Engineer

IT Svit is looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join the project of our international partner — an innovative company that builds custom AI-powered automation systems for businesses.

Our partner develops intelligent solutions that optimize workflows by embedding AI into everyday business operations. Their products increase efficiency, accelerate data processing, and eliminate routine manual work, allowing teams to focus on high-value tasks. Their approach goes beyond simple chatbots — they build end-to-end automation ecosystems that connect data, systems, and people into a single seamless workflow.

Responsibilities

• Test structured data processing (CSV, Excel, PDF) and data normalization
• Validate OCR and AI handwriting recognition accuracy
• Test Salesforce integrations and data matching logic
• Perform load testing (50,000+ records per week)
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Manage defect tracking and maintain QA documentation
• Perform API testing using Swagger / JSON

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
• Strong experience with manual testing of complex systems
• API and integration testing experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP)
• Experience with Salesforce (strong plus)
• Ability to write clear test cases and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
• English level: B1—B2
