Project Manager

In this role, you will collaborate with our team to overcome complex challenges, maintain close communication with clients (primarily from the US and EU), and ensure smooth project execution on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roadmap creation and management (prioritization of project goals/tasks and its distribution among team members, and monitoring of project progress)
• Setting clear tasks and objectives and tasks execution control
• Ensure project deliverables are on time and within constraints
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Short-term and long-term planning (scope and backlog management)
• Perform risk management to mitigate project risks and its impact
• Manage project resources (best fitting skill set and seniority level)
• Develop comprehensive project plans and present to stakeholders
• Perform stakeholder management (reporting, sprint planning, approval, demo)
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• People management (motivation, personal growth, development plans)
• Initiate and approve required project-specific training for the project team members
• Work with top management to constantly develop and improve project processes

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Understanding of project management lifecycle and tools
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience of preparing project documentation
• Ability to manage ambiguity and risks
• Business analysis skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills (internal and client’s teams)
• Team management skills
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel towards the same goal
• Experience with various project management, reporting tools
• Proactiveness and responsibility taking
• Upper intermediate English
• DevOps and Cloud infrastructure skills will be a plus
