Requirements:

— 4+ years of experience in web development using Django and Python;
— Proficiency in database design and management, with solid experience in MySQL;
— Strong understanding of software architecture and system design;
— Ability to think critically and make independent decisions;
— A self-starter who can take initiative and drive projects forward with little supervision;
— Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset;
— Strong communication skills in English (Intermediate or higher);
— Good understanding of Agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

— Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using Django and Python;
— Optimizing and improving the application to handle increased loads as we scale to the next level;
— Building and maintaining robust databases using MySQL;
— Developing and implementetion innovative features;
— Taking ownership of technical decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering solutions with minimal supervision;
— Bringing fresh ideas to the table and implementing them to enhance the product and improve the development process;
— Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to best practices.
