IT Svit is looking for an experienced and passionate sales professional to join the IT Svit team as the new Head of Sales.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities for the company, team and yourself.

— Experience in a similar position of 1+ year;
— Understanding and experience with unit economics;
— Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, negotiation techniques and market dynamics;
— Deep understanding of how outsource/outstaff models work;
— Experience with financial metrics (PnL / net profit, gross margin );
— English level Upper-Intermediate or higher;
— Advanced CRM experience;
— Understanding of modern development tools;
— Ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels;
— Sales channels experience (Linkedin, Upwork, email);
Will be plus:
Understanding of DevOps and Cloud technologies;
— Develop sales department vision;
— Manage and motivate the sales department;
— Manage daily operations related to sales processes;
— Track key sales and financial indicators and analyze them;
— Create reports on team results and achievements;
— Help nurture and grow key accounts;
— Build effective relationships with other departments;
— Work with Marketing to define the necessary materials (presentations, docs, cases) on the customer journey.
