Responsibilities:
- Working with R&D (L3 support) and NOC (L1 support) to escalate, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues 24/7
- Ensure proper documentation is provided for all supported activities and standards
- Working with L3 support team on designing and implementing IT infrastructure
- Improving existing monitoring and CICD tools
- Jira configuration
Qualifications:
3+ production experience with Linux, networking, docker, kubernetes, troubleshooting
Ability to support and troubleshoot:
- Services written in Java and JS
- SQL and NoSQL DB (Oracle, Postgresql, Elastic)
- Message broker systems (kaffka)
- IaC (terraform, helm)
- CI\CD tools (GitLab CI)
Understanding what SDLC, DevOps, SRE, Agile are and how to work with all those concepts\frameworks
