The TA role is unique in that it is the pinnacle of technical leadership for our product engineering team to solve the hardest technical problems.
As part of the multidisciplinary nature of this role, the TAs are involved in project scoping, requirements gathering, staffing, estimation and leadership of the project team throughout the delivery process, and coordinate with 3rd party stakeholders in a technical capacity for their areas of expertise. In conjunction with a Product Owner and Project Manager, Technical Architects are ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of the product roadmap through deep technical problem solving.
The project starts on November 1, 2025 and runs until the end of 2026.
Responsibilities:
— Perform technical design for and lead implementation of the Product Roadmap;
— In conjunction with a Product Owner and Project Manager, own the overall delivery of client projects;
— Contribute to the roadmap definition and prioritization process;
— Responsible for technical design and deliverables;
— Interact with other stakeholders IT teams to coordinate delivery and deployment of solutions;
— Present technical solutions to both business and IT teams;
— Provide technical leadership for project teams;
— Leads development of mentorship and training programs for company technical staff;
— Strong knowledge and expertise regarding the technical stacks used in the product.
Required Technical Skills and Experience:
— 12+ years of experience as a technical developer or related work experience; 6+ years in technical leadership roles, leading projects or development teams, application architecture, enterprise architecture, systems integration and development; experience in a project-based consulting environment;
— Deep knowledge of critical (common) Salesforce ecosystem components and how to integrate these components;
— Broad technical skills with deep expertise in more than one area (CloudCraze/SF B2B Lightning, architecting & implementing customized solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce);
— Deep understanding of the Salesforce Ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, and Heath Cloud);
— Deep expertise in JS/TS development, Next.JS;
— Deep expertise with ETL, large volume data processing, data pipelines;
— Extensive experience with source code management strategies and release management;
— Experience shaping projects including authoring/reviewing technical design documents;
— Managing technical resources (<10) through all phases of project delivery;
— Interest in collaborating across the company to share knowledge;
— Salesforce certifications (architect level) are strongly preferred.
