Assistant Head of Sales

IT Delight company is looking for a talented and progressive Assistant Head of Sales.

Requirements:
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
— Good organizational, planning and analytical skills;
— Attention to detail, structured, responsible;
— Great leadership skills;
— Knowledge of English at C1 level.

Responsibilities:
— Do analytics on conversions and average check from inbound traffic;
— Organize and conduct daily meetings with the Lead Generation Managers team;
— Supervise the daily work of the Lead Generation Managers team, monitoring the effectiveness of the execution of the plans;
— Discuss with Head of Sales the performance of the Lead Generation Managers team;
— Provide suggestions and ideas to improve sales;
— Support the Head of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies.
