Now we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our professional sales team.
— 2+ years as a Sales Manager in IT;
— Advanced English;
— Previous experience in finding clients for IT outsourcing and outstaffing;
— Effective communication skills, the ability to establish business relationships;
— Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills;
— Excellent problem-solving skills;
— Highly self-motivated;
— Experience working with Pipedrive CRM or similar tools;
— Passion to sale.
— Searching and establishing contacts with new customers (processing incoming requests, using active search tools, negotiating, concluding contracts);
— Being the first point of contact for cold leads. Presentations, answering questions about the company’s services, etc. ;
— Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Pipedrive;
— Handle all incoming replies;
— Book calls with primarily qualified leads;
— Running outbound e-mail/LinkedIn campaigns and generating MQLs;
— Analyzing company products to increase sales;
— Building long-term partnerships with clients.
Will be a plus:
— Experience in e-commerce sphere (especially with Magento and Shopware);
— Desire to offline work in office.
