— 3+ years of experience as an Account manager, Sales Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Customer Success Manager;
— Previous experience in IT outsourcing and outstaffing;
— Strong communication skills;
— Experience in negotiation, ability to persuade and deal with objections;
— Interest in sales;
— С1 English level.
— Maintaining current clients;
— Account management: building partnerships with clients, active account development;
— Negotiating with existing clients;
— Risk management;
— Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service;
— Synchronization of Delivery and BizDev departments.

— Experience in e-commerce sphere (especially with Magento and Shopware);
