Currently, our team consists of highly-experienced employees, coupled as lead generator and sales manager.
Your primary goal will be to guide the team on the best practices for closing big deals within the planned GPM.

IT Delight focuses mostly on Magento 2 and Shopware e-commerce projects.
Now, we are getting ready to make a quantum leap to success. At the moment, we have 84 dedicated employees, but we aim to expand our team to 550 professionals, following the strategy of unique marginality.

Location:
Remotely, with the possibility of regular business trips (DACH, UK, USA)
Remuneration:
Wage rate + percentage of GPM from closed deals
Quarterly bonus for reaching the department’s KPI (Revenue, GPM, Contract size & duration, 0 bench)
Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience in IT Sales roles;
— Prior experience with outsourcing sales ;
— Experience managing sale manager and lead generator teams;
— Experience with roadshow;
— English: Upper-Intermediate +.
Personal skills:
The ability to earn team’s trust and respect by demonstrating outstanding results.
As a plus:
— Deutsch: Intermediate +;
— Experience working at outsourcing companies with 500+ employees.
