Their innovative technology streamlines vehicle and operator scheduling, including route planning, blocking, and rostering, while enhancing operational productivity and adaptability to evolving service demands.The primary focus of this long-term initiative is the development of a modernized, cloud-based Scheduling and Routing product to replace the client’s existing legacy system. The project is high in complexity, offering opportunities for technical growth, innovation, and deeper engagement with a fast-evolving platform. While development began a few years ago, only a fraction of the overall product milestones have been completed, leaving plenty of greenfield functionality ahead. The team operates in a hybrid Agile/Scrum-like environment and closely collaborates with other vendors and internal client stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Write, maintain, and optimize automated UI, API, and performance tests;
• Contribute to the QA automation framework and tooling improvements;
• Support, troubleshoot, and maintain existing test scripts and infrastructure;
• Perform code reviews for automation work;
• Collaborate closely with developers and manual QA engineers to accelerate feature testing and product delivery;
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to defect triaging;
• Actively participate in building and maintaining internal QA knowledge base, including best practices and tool usage;
• Communicate directly with team members, clients, and vendors when necessary;

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of automation experience in complex, enterprise-level systems;
• Strong experience with Playwright, JMeter, and Postman;
• Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+);
• Good understanding of Azure Cloud Services and SQL Server;
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and performance testing techniques;
• Experience working within Agile development environments;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset;
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across vendors and client teams;
• English proficiency: B2+ (daily communication required);
