ISsoft Ukraine is looking for a Recruiter for our brilliant team in Ukraine, remote.

Required skills:

• 3 + years of experience in full-cycle IT recruiting;
• Experience with technical vacancies;
• Experience with recruiting tools and programs;
• Strong interviewing skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Good knowledge of the area of expertise (market status, trends);
• Detail-oriented and interested in the business;
• Proactive and goal-oriented person;
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• English level — Intermediate+ or high;

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-cycle recruitment (searching, screening, interviewing, offering);
• Creation and managing of vacancy publishing;
• Source candidates using searching tools;
• Contact potential candidates;
• Communication with stakeholders and clarification of details on vacancies;
• Interaction with the recruiting team continuous improvement of the process;
• Managing the pipeline of candidates and the rate of closing vacancies;
• Manage your metrics and report on your results;
• Working in ATS;
• Pre-onboarding;
