ABOUT THE POSITION

You will be part of a team that designs and develops advanced cloud solutions on MS Azure and is dedicated to agile working methods, DevOps and Test Driven Development. We have a very high release frequency in our projects, and as a new employee, you can expect to see your own code in production already the first week you are hired. Whether you are a recent graduate or have several years behind you. We have developed a toolbox that results in extremely agile IT projects, and our development team releases code in a highly dynamic flow.
In addition to the frequent releases for production, we have an extremely high degree of automation of everything from unit tests to integration tests, UI tests and performance tests. This means that the repetitive processes have been removed so that there is air to think innovative, which benefits our customers in the form of faster solutions with higher quality and a greater business value — and you get the opportunity for professional immersion and to develop yourself within the latest technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

— 5+ years of commercial experience as .Net developer;
— Experience with ASP.NET Web API / Core, ADO.NET, Entity Framework / Core;
— Experience with Azure;
— Excellent understanding of Agile concepts;
— Understanding the process of commercial software development, program life-cycle stages reporting;
— Passion for “clean code”, experimentation and quality standards;
— Someone who’ll always find what to do — self-managing abilities;
— Upper-intermediate English level;
— Understanding of OOP and OOD, SOLID principles;
— Experience with GIT, TFS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

— Lead and train the development team that is working on the products;
— Architect and build product features end to end, as well as, manage all minor releases, hotfixes and accelerated development efforts;
— Establish and maintain best practices in the engineering team through technical leadership;
— Prioritize bug fixes and features going into minor releases, while balancing business value with engineering risk;
— Launch new features, analyzing system and business metrics post-release;
— Perform enhancements or maintenance to existing applications when needed;
— Provide status updates to Leading management;
— Maintain high standards of software quality and ensure timely performance within the team:

  • Communicate timelines and changes;
  • Code review;
  • Provide effort estimations for new feature requests to allow assessment of costs.
