In the first three months, you would be responsible for managing the ad accounts of our new/emerging brands. Once capability is proven, there will be an opportunity to advance through the company and lead the media buying team.

We’re a fast-growing and profitable company with every dollar made reinvested in the business and its staff. We have a “growth mindset” at WNW — which means training, mentorship and contacts will be provided. This is an incredible opportunity to join a company that will invest in your development.

The right candidate will eventually be managing ad spend of $500,000-$1,000,000 in spend per month as we continue to grow.


We are WNW PTY LTD — an eCommerce holding company that has grown from 0-$5m in revenue in just 18 months with no outside funding. We use data, software and analytics to create lean, profitable brands that scale.


— One to two years experience in Media Buying at least;
— Additional experience in TikTok, Google, YouTube or Native platforms would be highly regarded;
— Ability to analyse data and make key decisions, high attention to detail;
— Marketing/Courses/Certificates;
— Intermediate / Upper-intermediate English;
— $50,000k/month + in ad spend;
— Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred;
— Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research;
— Interest in following advertising and media trends;
— Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore);
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
— Organizational and multitasking abilities;
— Attention to detail;
— Critical thinking skills;
— BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field.


— Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns;
— Compare and negotiate rates, ad space and airtime;
— Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix;
— Prepare schedules and adjust when needed;
— Experiment with new platforms and channels;
— Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately;
— Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI);
— Report to clients and build long-term relationships.
