● 3+ years of experience on Senior HR Manager or similar role in IT sphere
● Awareness of current trends in IT industry, HR functioning and relevant HR solutions
● Strong understanding of how to bring people management processes and best practices into life
● Experience in cross-organizational and cross-functional team work
● Acquaintance with strategic HR management to apply it within the department
● Reliable practical experience in design of various HR processes, their further development and efficient implementation into the company life
● Goal-oriented team player which shows courage to speak up and challenge others even when confronted with resistance
● High integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, positive attitude, personal maturity, stress-resistance, adaptability
● Ability to multitask and process large amounts of data
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Attentive to details
● English Upper-intermediate is a must

Обов’язки

● Create, implement, strategize, maintain HR processes in daily activities of the company unit
● Develop policies and procedures in compliance with organizational values and goals
● Analyze HR metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
● Determine best practices to support organizational direction
● Improve and strengthen HR brand of the Company (develop strategy for HR marketing messages to both internal and external audiences)
● Align HR strategy and goals to overall business strategy
● Develop strategic plans for growing top-performing talents within the company
● Consult HR professionals and others within the organization
● Formulate critical issues discovered in people management of an organizational unit/project and come up with reasonable solutions
● Improve and maintain comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective
● Create and maintain a policy of potential issues evaluation and preventing its escalation
● Make sure HR team reaches KPIs and OKRs timely
