● 5+ years of experience at IT Recruiter or similar role
● 2+ years of experience of leading recruitment team is an advantage
● Superb communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
● Superb time and team management skills
● Strong full-circle recruitment experience with Senior positions
● Successful track record in filling difficult positions with stringent requirements with high quality hiring manager and applicant satisfaction.
● Demonstrated success with client engagement, relationship building and providing quality service with a great team;
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet urgent deadlines;
● Strong verbal and written communication skills for a collaborative team environment
● Ability and willingness to meet and exceed goals in all activities;
● High English level proficiency — Advanced

● Partner with hiring teams to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment
● Partner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners (HR, Systems and Programs teams, etc.)
● Collaborating with hiring teams to understand and deliver in alignment with their business goals
● Managing, prioritizing and closing searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs
● Collaborating with hiring teams to deliver effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
● Coordinate and control work of recruitment team, effectively manage the capacity coordination between the team members
● Engaging with passive candidates has the capability to gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation rather than just selling a role
● Understands the talent market through pro-active research; calibrates effectively with hiring teams on talent profiles
