We are looking for a Business Development Manager to organize and coordinate programs. An ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker and will have experience in working with national and international stakeholders across disciplines and competencies to produce results on time.
2+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
2+ years of experience in program management, project mgmt, business experience or a combination of the three.
Experienced with AWS as a primary cloud platform
Proactively identifying areas for process improvement and automation, identifying both issues and solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused, detail-driven, and professional demeanor (Fluent English is a must)
An ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
The ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
A desire to grow professionally as the role’s responsibility grows rapidly with the business
Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people and systems in order to invent, simplify and improve inefficient or unnecessarily complex processes
Experience:
defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
delivering cross-functional projects
working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
· Familiarity with AWS partnership
· DevOps experience

• successfully manage executive stakeholders’ expectations, as well as interact closely with business owners and technical teams with regular reporting executive level to reach targets

• Provide visibility, reporting and key metrics around key initiatives and deliverables
• Communicate changes and revisions to all resources in a timely manner
• Manage conflict and tradeoffs and be able to quickly assess the impact of changes and risks to drive creative solutions
• Drive conversations with business around success measures and how they tie to the organizational goals
• Influence management so that they receive the necessary support and resources
• Set direction and provide frameworks through which improvement objectives can be delivered
• Recommend improvements to people, process and technologies
• Introduce new solutions by analyzing requirements, prepare ROI analyses and establish NEW time schedules
