· Administrative experience, ideally in a software / IT Services company
· Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude who works well with others (colleagues, vendors, clients)
· Good judgment and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and in writing
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Managing daily running of the office (dealing with correspondence; preparing access cards for the staff and visitors; refreshing the announcements on the information board (CRM systems, Skype);
· Checking-up meeting rooms; testing different food delivery services);
· Keeping track of office supplies and ordering them timely for office (stationery, cleaning supplies, medicine for the office first aid kits; signing contracts with different service providers; dealing with services invoicing);
· Coordinating with HR and IT departments, participating in the onboarding process,
· Organization of various company events (team buildings; Company days, New Year’s parties; workshops; out of office conferences; arranging canteens/conference rooms for catch-up meetings with customers);
· Meeting clients, booking accommodation and flights for them;
· Doing the researches on demand (looking for new offices, organizing a moving process, contacting services that can improve our office environment or territory)
