You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The marketing manager will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably for a software development Company)
• Experience in managing big budgets of PPC ad campaigns (Google, FB)
• Experience working with a designer team; creative thinking
• Experience of working with USA market
• Able to understand business goals and transform them into marketing strategy and tactics;
• Understanding the needs of the Ukrainian talent market and internal stakeholders;
• Having experience and profound knowledge in event management;
• Having experience in brand building and development of brand awareness;
• Accurate and punctual, able to plan his/her work and meet deadlines;
• Result-oriented and well-organized
• Good team player, with ability to work independently;
• Perfect communicator and negotiator (both oral and written) skills;
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian (both oral and written).
