Product Manager

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving product growth by analyzing user behavior, creating innovative features, and conducting rigorous A/B testing.

This is a part-time position (for 2-4 hours per day Mn-Fr).

Responsibilities:

— Develop and validate product hypotheses through A/B testing.
— Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
— Develop new product flows that align with user needs and business objectives.
— Monitor and analyze product metrics to identify areas for improvement.
— Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and effective product delivery.
— Gather user feedback and conduct customer interviews to understand product usage and pain points.
— Conduct user research studies (e.g., usability testing, customer interviews) to inform product roadmap and prioritize features.
— Analyze competitor products and strategies to identify differentiation opportunities and benchmark our product.

Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced level).
— Proven experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android).
— Experience working with marketplace and CRM platforms.
— Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and experience in creating effective user flows.
— Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
— Experience with competitor analysis and A/B testing.
— Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL-E).
— Ability to write detailed product specifications using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
