Необхідні навички

— Experience administrating Linux and/or Windows systems.
— Networking understanding: TCP\IP, DNS, Routing, network security.
— Experience in coding\scripting (like bash, powershell, python, etc).
— Strong team player with good communication skills.
— English: Pre-Intermediate.

— Experience with Web servers (like Nginx, Apache, IIS).
— Experience in SQL/NoSQL database administration.
— Experience with log management systems.
— Experience with monitoring and alerting systems.
— Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.
— Experience with containers (docker, kubernetes).
— Experience with continuous integration and delivery systems (like Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps).
— Experience in using version control and management systems: GIT, Github.

We are growing really fast, and now have many enterprise customers all around the world. As a customer support assistant, you will be expected to deliver flawless customer experience by providing ongoing support, sharing best practices and recommendations with our users, collaborating with internal teams to manage processes resulting in customer success. Overall, you will guide customers in improving their e-learning development skills.
