Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in English
  • 1+ years of experience in IT sales
  • Solid knowledge of Upwork, ability to show & prove it
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques and different clients acquisition channels
  • Experience with full-cycle sales — from lead generation to contract signing
  • Work experience in the IT industry is a must, preferably with an outsourcing company or IT service company
  • Strong knowledge of software development process, modern technologies and project management methodologies, and current trends
  • Ability to understand client’s needs and address them, translate the technical team responses
  • Excellent networking and communication skills
  • Experience with handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • Excellent writing skills, ability to express thoughts brief and to the point

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in IT sales for Western Europe, the USA, and Canada.
  • Experience in Web, Mobile Development companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Be ready to take over the Sales Head responsibilities.
  • Participate In pricing the solution/service, negotiating contract terms.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with potential and current clients.
  • Lead the process of estimating technical solutions with help of the technical experts from the company according to the preset flow.
  • Create proposals for technical solutions according to the preset flow.
  • Work with management, technical staff, and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
