— +1 year experience in the IT QA/Development would be a plus.

Обов’язки

Main work duties:
- speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone, zoom, skype, webex, etc.
- gain an understanding of customers’ diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
- ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes, and then documenting them
- carry out calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business deals and arrange meetings
- prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers
- market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events
- develop effective sales plans using sales process in CRM

- network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
- respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting materials
- Populating web suite and run all materials via CMS

This is a position in the B2B SaaS Sales/Partnership team with great opportunities to grow. This position IT Account Manager aimed to handle all opportunities exited in our client portfolio to win for service providing.
Newcomer will join to the team which includes experienced Solution Technical Architects, Account Managers, Senior Delivery Management working closely to prepare comprehensive answer for RFI and participate into presentation of the company for the client. New team member will work closely in CRM, Jira and CMS systems in the company.
