About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to help us design, build, and scale reliable cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in improving system resilience, automation, and engineering practices across teams.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a proactive mindset and enjoys enabling teams through strong DevOps culture and platform thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable delivery
- Ensure high system availability, performance, and resilience
- Implement and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Support and guide development teams on DevOps best practices
- Drive automation across environments and processes
- Contribute to multi-cloud and platform strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering / SRE
- Proven experience designing and supporting production-grade systems
- English C1 (Advanced)
Operating Systems & Fundamentals
- Strong experience with Linux/Unix systems administration
- Solid understanding of networking, system internals, and server architecture
Version Control & Collaboration
- Proficiency with Git (branching strategies, workflows, collaboration)
Cloud & Virtualization
- Hands-on experience with Azure and cloud-native services
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP) is a strong plus
Infrastructure & Automation
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools:
- Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines:
- Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD
Containers & Orchestration
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker
- Experience with Kubernetes (deployments, cluster management)
Monitoring & Logging
- Experience with observability tools:
- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, CloudWatch, etc.
Databases & Distributed Systems
- Basic knowledge of databases and streaming systems:
- PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, etc.
