Description:
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Sales Operations Manager helps coordinate the sales process from lead generation through contracting. The role is responsible for performing a variety of projects and tasks related to the sales process, including analyzing and forecasting sales revenue and core sales metrics &KPIs, assistance in sales performance measurement & assessment, documenting sales processes, policies, orchestrating sales motivation program, managing CRM and other sales tools, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and improve sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives.
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials.
  • Actively identify operational issues and design solutions to make sales/presales business flow better for the sales team.
  • Work as a key member of the team, providing timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, and forecasting.
  • Get accurate, real-time visibility of sales team and sales people performance.
  • Provide support with sales performance measurement & assessment.
  • Act as a liaison with other departments by understanding the sales model and ensuring the integrity of information available through various system and reporting structures.
  • Orchestrate the sales operations strategy and roadmap and update.
  • Build and support sales analytical reports & dashboards.
  • Assist with account management (segmentation, assignments, etc.).
  • Admin sales motivation program.
  • Maintain the CRM and other sales tools, and introduce new tools if needed.
  • Track and analyze key metrics, KPIs, pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with the team on process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years working in business analytics (sales /marketing functions) or sales operations required — IT company.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business/IT or other relevant fields.
  • Courses and majors or minors in subjects such as B2B sales & marketing, statistics may be an asset.
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Experience using and managing CRM software (Zoho CRM is desired, but not required).
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills and an ability to work with others who hold differing beliefs or values.
  • Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects under pressure.
  • Demonstrated competence in the following: detail orientation, strong follow-through, self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team, navigating ambiguity, exchanges feedback in a way that improves performance and builds trust.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
