— Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation;
— Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail;
— Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures;
— Excellent written skills in English.

— Work with US business team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements;
— Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience (customers and product team);
— Take a major role in writing detailed specifications for new product features;
— Write polite, easy-to-understand for intended audience user interface text in collaboration with product designers and compliance team;
— Create manuals for Customer Help Center to help end-users effectively use our product;
— Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities;
— On continuous basis review existed product specifications;
— Create and maintain the information architecture of internal documentation;
