We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow our business.
Main Responsibilities:
— As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for working primarily with inbound leads and prospects provided by our SDRs to identify and close new business opportunities.
— Your main focus will be on closing new deals and managing existing clients. Upselling and Cross-selling to grow their business. You will also be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with prospects to convert them into customers.
— Your main clients will be SMEs and Big Accounts, and you must have the ability to conduct calls in EEST, CET, and EST time zones.
Experience:
— 2+ years of experience in Sales Management or Business Development Manager roles;
— A closer, not a farmer! You should be a pure closer with a proven track record of closing deals and understanding how to upsell and develop relationships after signing the deal.
— A deep understanding of how the sales automation market works in the main domains, including email and LinkedIn automation, data scraping.
