Junior AI Product Designer

We are looking for a Junior AI Product Designer to join our Design Department and work on AI-powered products and experiences. This role combines a solid UI/UX foundation with an AI-native mindset, giving you the opportunity to prototype, experiment, and solve real user problems using modern AI tools.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of commercial experience: You have hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design and are ready to grow as a Strong Junior designer;
• Solid UI/UX Foundation: You have a strong grasp of core design principles: typography, grids, visual hierarchy, and component-based design systems in Figma. You know how to build clean, consistent layouts;
• Technical Curiosity: You don’t just stop at the screen. You genuinely want to understand how products are built under the hood, which makes it easier for you to collaborate with developers and respect technical constraints;
• AI-Native Enthusiasm: You actively use modern LLMs (like Claude Code, Cursor) in your day-to-day workflow to speed things up, prototype faster, and explore how AI can solve real user problems;
• Prompt Engineering Skills: Understanding how to write effective prompts to get the most out of LLMs and AI tools;
• Attention to Detail: You care about responsiveness and consistency. You make sure layouts look and feel great across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints;
• Good Communication: You are open to feedback, eager to grow, and able to explain your design choices to the team clearly;
• Basic Coding Knowledge: An understanding of HTML/CSS, basic React, or how frontend components work, helping you bridge the gap between design and development even faster, will be a plus;
• English level: Upper Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Design Systems & UI/UX: Create & support clean, intuitive interfaces and help maintain scalable, component-based design systems in Figma;
• AI-Powered PoC & MVP Development: Build and prototype new product concepts quickly using modern AI tools and LLMs to test hypotheses fast;
• Discovery & Research: Participate in discovery activities, user research sessions, and brainstorming to uncover real user problems and shape product solutions;
• UX Audits: Conduct heuristic evaluations and UX audits of existing interfaces to identify friction points and areas for improvement;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to ensure smooth implementation from design to production;
